| 78th China Electronics Fair (CEF) and
2011 Asia Electronics Exhibition in Shanghai (AEES)
(www.iCEF.com.cn / fall) lowered the curtain
successfully at Shanghai New International Expo
Center On November 11th. With the theme
“promoting the electronic information technology
upgrades and serving for the strategic new
industry”, the three-day exhibition provided a
glamorous party for the professionals and experts of
electronic industry. |

| In the opening ceremony on 9th, the
Vice President of China Electronic Corporation (CEC)
Mr. Lai Weide made the speech that the China
Electronics Fair is the biggest electronic
exhibition and the best platform for professional
industry communication in China. During the past
forty years, the exhibition has been playing an
active role in promoting innovation and development
of electronics industry. As an enterprise directly
under central management, CEC has been committed in
promoting the development of China's electronics
industry. The goal of holding the China Electronics
Fair is to fulfill the historic mission of promoting
the communication and cooperation between companies
of electronics industry, and to form a healthy
development of Chinese electronic industry. |

| The exhibition lasted three days and attracted
nearly 2,000 exhibitors. The effective exhibition
scale was increased by nearly 10%, which includes
four exhibition halls and 18 product zones. Besides
components, electronic equipment, electronic
devices, defense electronics, semiconductor, power
supply, connector / relay / switch and other
classical sections, CEF also tracked the hotspots
and set up popular sections such as IOT, RFID /
sensor, 3D and LED lighting etc. |

| Products in the exhibition cover all aspects of
electronic industry. Besides the consumer
electronics and other kinds of 3C applications, the
LED lighting, sensor network / Internet of things,
green manufacturing, energy saving technology,
environment protection technology, automotive
electronics, new energy vehicles, new display
technologies had become the highlights of the fair.

| The number of visitors
increasing 15% |
| |
During 3-day show period, CEF attracted total of
46,632 professional visitors, which increased by 15%
compared to last year. A number of industrial zones,
associations and electronic markets from Suzhou,
Wuxi, Changzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Kunshan and other
places formed buyer groups to participate at the
exhibition., which includes Foxconn, Panasonic, BYD,
Siemens, Sharp Electronics, Sony, etc.
At the same time, in order to build up a bridge
between buyers and sellers, the organizing committee
also arranged product technology introduction
meetings, domestic and international one to one
matching program between buyers and exhibitors, HC,
IC goo, Le Bai buyer activities and so on. Ms. Hua,
the purchasing representative of Suzhou Guanzong
Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. said she was
impressed by the friendly attitude towards customers
of the organizing committee, it helped with the
supply and demand requirement and made the on-site
visit more effectively. |

technical seminars were held during the show period,
which includes Circuit Protection and EMI/EMC
Solutions, Electronic Capacitor Application and
Selection, ICT Industry Prosperity Forecast, Green
Manufacturing and Certification Workshop, Embedded
Technology Innovation and Application Summit, Sensor
World Congress & IOT Application Summit, China Green
Internet of Things Seminar, China 3D World Forum,
Innovative Sensor and Measurement Systems,
Automobile Electronics Forum /New Energy Automobile
Testing Technology, China LED Industry Development
Seminar and so on. 2011 China LED Industry
Development Seminar attracted 367 professional
attendees. According to the audience, the forum
reached the national level and topics covered
overall interests of the industry. |

medical and sanitation, the 2011 China Green
Internet of Things Seminar was successfully held on
November 9th. Professor Li Lanjuan,
member of the national committee of CPPCC,
academician of China Engineering Academy, and the
chairman of Zhejiang association for science and
technology, Wang Weiqi, professor of Fudan
University, academician of China Engineering
Academy, Liu Rulin, executive vice president and
general secretary of China Institute of Electronics,
Researcher Zhao Jianlong, Shanghai Institute of
Microsystem of Chinese Academy of Science, Shanghai
Internet of Things Center, Professor Fang Zuxiang,
former vice president of Chinese Society of

In the digital electronics and 3D zone, over
forty 3D digital products attracted the audiences’
attention. There were 3D displays screen by Wal-fly,
3D glasses by Laiqi Polarized Light, 3D pandora's
box by Beijing Huaqi information technology
development co., ltd, “Feng PC-telephone--computer
all-in-one machine”, “Feng TV-hundreds
inches-television projector”, and “Feng

Intelligent 3D and 3D mobile film.
At the same time, China 3D World Forum was held with
advanced information, application and innovation of
technology in 3D field of Intelligent Cloud Times,
which includes cloud computing, 3DTV, IPTV, 3D
mobile communications, 3D internet communication and
other hot topics. The guests who attended the
meeting are not only senior experts from home and
abroad, members of international standardization
organizations, international communication
organizations, but also guests from domestic and
international first-class enterprises such as LGD,

| Taiwan pavilion and Korea pavilion were
particularly impressive in the AEES Show. The Sunon
Fan from Taiwan pavilion exhibited innovations of
the “light and fashion” “energy-saving cloud”, "LED
efficiency trend”, "technology security” and “super
endurance protection”. Korea pavilion brought not
only small household appliances such as toothbrush
sterilizer, desperate rice cooker, skin tester, NDIS
flexible screen, electroencephalograph used for
controlling the onward of a train by human mind, but
also the live performances of Taekwondo, Korean
singing and dancing which were very popular. |

| Upcoming shows of CEF
in the year 2012 |

| 79th China Electronics Fair (CEF)
will be held in Shenzhen Conference and Exhibition
Center On April 10-12, 2012. With the theme
“One-stop Sourcing Destination for New Technology
and New Products”, 79th CEF will focus on
high-end components, optoelectronics,
semiconductors, instrumentation, electronic
equipment and instruments, power supply, connectors,
sensors, cable processing equipment, 3D, automotive
electronics, etc. Three other major exhibitions will
be held at the same time: The 2012 China Consumer
Electronics Fair (www.chinacef.com.cn) will follow
the theme "Digital Technology Innovates a Better
Life" and make terminal, content and user experience
as three core elements. CCEF exhibits covers
audio-visual and digital home applications, digital
entertainment, portable digital products,
communication products; automotive electronics, 3G,
computer and peripheral products; mobile computing,
wireless internet, software and services, etc. The
2012 China LED Fair (Shenzhen) will make an
all-around show of LED lighting, display,
advertising light sources, chips and assorted
packages and products in other aspects. Together
with China (International) Lithium New Energy
Summit, 2012 China Lithium Battery New Energy Fair
will display the lithium battery industry chain and
serve for the new energy economy. At that time, the
total exhibit area will reach 80,000 square meters
and 79th CEF will truly become a perfect show of
