Despite of the uncertain global economic climate, China has
already reached its turning point by stop gliding and even
rising steadily at the end of the year. 75th China
Electronics Fair and 2010 China Consumer Electronics Fair
lowered the curtain successfully in Shenzhen on April 11th.
The exhibition showed the recovery of electronics industry
and prosperity of electronic components and down-stream 3C
electronics products in the background of increased domestic
demand. The scale of two joint exhibitions leaped to a new
stage this year. During 3-day show period, there were more
than 1,400 exhibitors showcased their products
and services, and the total exhibition area amounted to
70,000 square meters.
Show products covered not only components, electronic
materials, electronic manufacturing equipment, test and
measurement equipment, electronic tools, semiconductors,
optoelectronic and display devices, but also consumer
electronics end products for example audio/video,
telecommunication and IT, content and channel industry,
which covered hot technology such as LED backlight TV,
internet TV, 3D, electronic book, mobile calculation, plat
computer, micro projectors and so on. |

The show attracted total of 72,041
professional visitors, including thousands of visitors from
science and technology park, electronics associations and
electronic markets in Dongguan, Huizhou, Shunde and
Guangzhou. Buyer groups from BYD, YADU, LG, Foxconn, TCL and
3M made their participation. The on-site business matching
programs provided an open platform for information exchange
between suppliers and buyers. The program includes domestic
and international buyer matching program as “one to one”
format. BYD introduction meeting as “one to many” format and
purchasing preference and supply trend summit and China
consumer electronics supplier industry cooperation and
development summit as “many to many” format. |

three academicians from Chinese Academy of Science & Chinese
Academy of engineering gave welcome speeches. The chief
economist of MIIT, Mr. Zhou Zixue made the keynote speech to
the topic of “Electronics Information Industry structural
readjustment and upgrading”. |
 |
|
During the annual conference, three academicians gave
keynote speeches for internet of things, cloud computing and
micro-nano photoelectron. Those mentioned topics were
pointed by secretary-general of Chinese Institute of
Electronics Mr. Liu Rulin as key areas to the entire
electronics and ICT industry. 2010 China Electronics Annual
Conference also had more than twenty sub-conferences, which
covers industrial structure improving and upgrading, network
convergence, internet of things, cloud computing, low-carbon
economy, electronic signature, energy saving technology, 3D,
electronic book, mobile calculation and other hot topics. |

CEF focus: high-end components,
automatic testing technology, wire processing equipment,
energy saving and environmental protection |
High-end components: Electronic Information Science
and Technology Awards Ceremony was held during exhibition.
It is the highest award for China electronic information
technology productions.
Automatic testing technology: As the advanced exhibit
area of CEF, test and measuring equipment area attracted
Agilent, Fluke, Minipa, 41st institute of CEC, Tonghui,
Huayi, Everfine, Faithtech, Hioki and other manufacturers.
Those companies brought latest test equipment and solutions
to help visitors get in-depth understanding of industry
trends.
Wire processing equipment: As a newly opened zone at
the manufacting equipment pavilion, exhibits of wire
processing equipment covered wire processing equipment, auto
cable processing equipment, integration cable manufacturing
system, coding equipment and so on. Key exhibitors included
Yinhua, Junquan, Wuxijulun, Jucheng, Hiprecise and so on. |
 |
|
Energy saving and environmental protection: Aiming at
technology and market hotspot in electronic information
field, CEF also held twenty five technology seminars
including cloud computing, LED backlight, Circuit Protection
and EMI/EMC Solutions, Green Electronic Manufacturing, New
Energy Saving Design, Test and Measurement Technology. The
New Energy Saving Design conference attracted experts from
Chinese power-saving and green energy committee, Micon
Design technology, ON Semiconductor, Maxwell, Infineon and

CCEF featured new technology to
reflect the national strategy of boosting national economy |
The win-win cooperation of CEF & CCEF made far more than
increasing the exhibition scale. For CEF, it stressed the
demand of consumer electronics such as 3C. For CCEF, it
highlighted the advantage of end product innovation, latest
technology and industry chain cooperation. The combined
shows made a unique platform to link upper-stream industry
with finished products, which was also proved successfully
by buyers and visitors.
Exploring Purchasing Channel, three and four level
dealers come to the front: Aiming to exploiting market
of electronic finished products, CCEF organized “China
consumer electronics supplier industry cooperation and
development summit”.
Smart TV Coming on Stage, internet TV leading network
convergence: Low-carbon economy turned to be the new
global development trend and LED, as the representation of
energy saving and environmental protection, became the new
focus.
3D Industry Heating up, LED large screen 3D display was
published for the first time in China: 3D seminars, 3D
exhibition area and 3D experience area brought the latest 3D
technology, products and experts to the show ground. 3D
hotspot exhibit, “solid carnival” experience and interaction
became the biggest bright points of C3D World exhibition.
The Industry of Electronic Book was ready to make a
splash: Electronic book reader was the most popular
product of consumer electronics market. “2010 electronic
book industry seminar” provided a platform for terminal
manufacturers, core devices manufacturers, designer,
software provider, content provider and mobile service
provider.
MID, Smartbook, Plate PC made their fresh start:
Products and technology in portable consumer electronics
field were extremely active these years, which was reflected
